NOW HIRING: Hazmat Operations Technician (No experience needed)
Location: Concord/ Surrounding Area | Flexible & On-Call Availability ONLY. This is not an opportunity with set hours. You should already have a main source of income. This is extra side money. You tell me when you are available. If a call comes in, I reach out to see if you're available. This best suits students, ride share drivers, part time workers, or those looking for extra side money.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to Emergency Spills as soon as they happen
- Set up tools & equipment in work zones to prepare for cleanup operations
- Assist with cleanup operations of Non hazardous solid and liquid cleanups
- Maintain constant personal safety and follow strict protocols
- Clean, decontaminate and organize equipment and tools after jobs
What We’re Looking For:
- Organized, punctual, and cool under pressure
- Someone who has a very FLEXIBLE schedule
- Able to lift 30 lbs and work on your feet outdoors
- Great communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable with coming to work at any time of day or night
- Must be 18 with reliable transportation
- Bonus: experience in logistics, events, EMT/fire, or similar roles
What We’re NOT Looking For:
- Someone who works an 8am-5pm job.
- Someone looking for a set schedule.
- Someone looking for 40 hours.
- Someone who is not capable of working a high intense labor job.
- Someone who has never succeeded in blue collar work
PAY BREAKDOWN:
- EVERYONE STARTS AT $20.00/ hour
- After approx 10-20 hours of training, you will be evaluated to determine if you are capable of being successful in this field. If you are, you will begin the classroom instruction to become a certified Technician. Once completed you will be promoted to $25.00/ hour.
- After another 20-40 hours of additional training. You will be evaluated to determine if you can operate without direct supervision. If you possess the required safety knowledge you will receive another promotion to $30.00/ hour.
No hazmat experience needed. Just hustle, focus, and good energy.
