Hazley Builders | Architects is a relationship-driven design-build residential remodeling firm specializing in complex, high-end projects. We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager II/III to lead projects from post-contract handoff through completion.
This is a leadership role for a seasoned professional who understands residential construction, remodeling workflows, and client management at a high level. This is not an estimating role.
The OpportunityYou will take ownership of residential remodeling projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client experience.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Design, Estimating, and Field teams to drive successful outcomes across every phase of construction.
What You’ll Do- Lead residential construction projects from contract handoff through final completion
- Own project schedules, budgets, and overall execution
- Coordinate closely with Project Superintendents and field teams
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during construction
- Identify and resolve schedule risks, constructability challenges, and budget impacts
- Prepare and present change orders with clear communication
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality walkthroughs
- Maintain accurate documentation in Buildertrend or similar systems
- Contribute to process improvement and team development
- 10 years of residential construction project management experience
- Strong background in remodeling and/or design-build construction
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
