East Central Florida Site Contractor based in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking high energy, self-motivated and experienced Business Development and Marketing Coordinator to join a team of career and quality minded individuals for challenging projects.
Must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. Plus for those well-versed in earthwork and underground utility construction methodologies and procedures.
Responsibilities
· Perform direct outreach to current and potential clients, business partners, and community leaders.
· Represent HC and participate in local construction organizations, charitable organizations, various business-related social gatherings, and recruiting events.
· Create marketing materials for distribution to clients and other people of interest.
· Cultivate social media presence and create content on major platforms
· Lead and create internal company communications (ie. Newsletters, announcements etc.)
· Ensure that company website is up to date with current and relevant information
· Attend various municipal meetings and review meeting documents for potential opportunities.
· Review various solicitation services potential job opportunities
· Lead and participate in internal meetings discussing strategy and potential opportunities.
· Attend pre-bid meetings and bid openings.
Experience with Software:
· Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Canva
· Publisher
Other Requirements
· Must have 3 years of Business Development and Marketing experience preferably within the Central Florida Construction Market
· Must meet expectations for attendance
· Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must be willing to travel from time to time
Work Environment
· Primarily an office position with trips to project sites as needed.

The primary work area is Volusia and Flagler County. We perform work from Edgewater to Palm Coast and as far West as Sanford. The majority of our current projects are in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, and Deland. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
