What are the responsibilities and job description for the TOW TRUCK DRIVER/ROLLBACK position at Hazelwood Towing?
Job Overview
Must be able to be on call as this will require working in a rotation of nights and weekends. Must live in Henderson due to being able to respond to accidents in a timely manner. Must be able to pass a drug test, and have a clean driving record.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks and rollback vehicles to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles using flatbed or rollback equipment, ensuring secure positioning during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients, explaining services, and addressing concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of vehicle condition, location, and delivery information.
- Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively to ensure positive customer interactions and resolve any issues that arise during service.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating tow trucks and flatbed/rollback equipment preferred
- Proven ability to load, unload, and secure vehicles safely using tow truck or flatbed equipment.
- Excellent driving skills with experience in commercial driving environments.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations professionally while maintaining safety standards.
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
