We are seeking an Experienced Title Processor for a full-time on-site role based in Chantilly, VA.
Responsibilities
- Timely correspondence with real estate agents, customers and lenders
- Ordering payoffs on mortgages, HOAs, judgments and/or other liens that attach to real property
- Preparing preliminary Closing Disclosures
- Balancing Closing Disclosure with lender
- Preparing documents needed for settlement
- Post-Closing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Notary Public is not required but is an asset
- VA Title License or willing to take test paid for by company
- 1 - 3 years experience with title processing or mortgage loan processing
- Experience with Qualia or other comparable software
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to work without supervision
