Executive Director Arcadia Trails

Responsibilities

The Executive Director is responsible for providing executive, administrative, and clinical leadership at INTEGRIS Health Arcadia Trails located in Edmond, Oklahoma, just north of Oklahoma City. As an employee of Hazelden Betty Ford, the Executive Director serves as the Hazelden Betty Ford-appointed Executive Director for Arcadia Trails. This leader is a visible, trusted, and inspiring presence for Arcadia Trails, someone who brings together clinical excellence, operational discipline, and relational leadership. They lead with purpose and confidence, inspire high-performing teams, partner effectively with the Arcadia Trails Board of Directors, and build strong, trust-based relationships across INTEGRIS Health and the broader community. They thrive in a highly matrixed environment, bring strong clinical credibility and business acumen, and are tenacious builders of partnerships that drive sustainable impact and growth.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in counseling, addiction, or related field
• 5 years or more experience in a leadership role
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in health care field
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Complete 30-hour Adolescent Development Course within one year of hire, or demonstrate equivalent transcript evidence of adolescent education
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in behavioral health / substance abuse prevention and treatment field
• Current licensure in counseling or mental health field (LPC, LADC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Evidence of lifelong learning; ongoing or additional education, training, or certifications accomplished that may be relevant to the job for improved performance
