Job Summary
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Expeditor/Storekeeper will ensure prompt delivery of materials and services by communicating with vendors and department heads on the status of critical orders and eliminating difficulties and delays. The Expeditor/Storekeeper will ensure Central Supply and Departments are properly stocked and organized.

Responsibilities
- Facilitating the flow of materials to and from various departments.
- Ensures supplies in departments and central supply are well stocked and organized.
- Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries.
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt as needed.
- Unload packages from incoming trucks.
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged.
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.).
- Complete inventory counts as required.
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control.
- Work as a team with the Materials Management Staff.
- Deliveries to affiliated clinics and skilled nursing facilities located offsite.
- All other duties as needed or assigned.
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data.
- Basic math and recording abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- One year of expediting experience is preferred.
Pay: $22.00 to $29.00 hourly
