Opportunity
We are seeking 2 dynamic Co-Head Coaches to collaboratively lead and grow our recreational program and assist our Club Team Coaches as needed with our competitive gymnastics programs. This shared leadership role is ideal for experienced coaches who are passionate about athlete development, team culture, and mentoring staff without the demands of a full-time position.

The Role (Shared Between Two Coaches)
Together, the Co-Head Coaches will:
- Oversee daily recreational gymnastics programming
- Work with Club Team Head Coaches on Club Team program
- Assist with recruiting and vetting coaching staff
- Lead, mentor, and support coaching staff
- Fill in for coaching staff if/as needed
- Plan and conduct staff trainings and evaluations
- Ensure safe, positive, and structured class environments
- Assist with curriculum development and skill progression
- Support athlete development and team readiness
- Communicate with families alongside the administrative team
- Collaborate with the Board on program growth and improvements
Qualifications
- Prior gymnastics coaching experience (required)
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience (required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for youth development and positive coaching
- Ability to work collaboratively and problem-solve as a team
- Availability for evening practices and occasional weekend events
Compensation
- Starting at $17.00/hour (based on experience)
- Pay increases tied to reviews, session commitments, and hours worked
