Primary Responsibilities:
As an E-Commerce Associate, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your primary duties will include:
Picking, packing, and shipping online orders with meticulous attention to detail.
Handling email correspondence, as well as printing and scanning documents.
Providing excellent customer service to address inquiries and concerns.
Learning and effectively using various online software programs, including Shopify, Skuvault, Amazon, and Photoshop.
Demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing work environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Reading and comprehending written instructions to execute them accurately.
Occasionally lifting packages weighing up to 45 lbs.
