- Assist with water, mold, fire, and biohazard restoration projects
- Set up and monitor drying equipment, air scrubbers, and containment system
- Assist with cleaning and debris removal to prepare affected areas for restoration
- Support fire and water damage restoration projects by extracting moisture, cleaning surfaces, and drying out building materials to prevent mold growth
- Participate in mold remediation efforts by containing affected areas and utilizing appropriate cleaning techniques
- Conduct carpet cleaning and surface sanitation to restore property aesthetics and hygiene
- Complete detailed cleaning using HEPA vacuums and specialized equipment
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Take direction from Lead Technicians and Project Managers
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Interact respectfully with customers during stressful situations
- Follow company safety procedures and protocols
- Follow safety guidelines during all activities, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling hazardous materialsExperience
No prior restoration industry experience required; training will be provided on all job-specific tasks
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and familiarity with hand tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn about fire restoration, water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and biohazard clean-up services
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in physically demanding environments
