- Client Support: Provide exemplary customer service to clients by answering enquiries related to insurance policies.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome that aligns with company policies and customer expectations.
- Information Dissemination: Effectively communicate policy information, changes, and benefits to clients, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Document Management: Maintain and update customer records with accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to clients to update them about new products or policy details relevant to their needs.
- Feedback Handling: Gather and forward client feedback to ensure service improvements and enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Preferably speaking Turkish language
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, especially within the insurance industry, is preferred.
