Nursing Team Coordinator (RN) - Med/Surg
Job Type: Full-Time, Days
Commitment Bonus (2-Year): $15,000 for Day Shift, $20,000 for Night Shift
Shift Differentials: Evening $2.50/hour / Night $4.00/hour / Weekend $1.50/hour
Department/Unit Summary
You will provide compassionate care to patients in a 39-bed Medical Surgical unit alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). With a 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
