Job Title: Classroom Teacher

Reports To: Principal
Term: 10 months

JOB GOAL: Work with students to help them learn concepts in History, and assist students in applying concepts they have learned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Hold appropriate Tennessee certification license.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Effective decision-making and verbal and written communication skills.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide an instructional program that is differentiated.
- Create a secure classroom climate.
- Analyze data and adjust your lessons accordingly.
- Plan, develop, implement, and monitor student success as your goal.
- Use available technology in your lessons.
- Communicate effectively with parents and students.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Principal.
