Experienced HVAC Technician
We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician who is confident in diagnosing and troubleshooting residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Diagnose HVAC problems accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and determine the necessary repairs.
- Identify and order required parts.
- Complete all required service information accurately using company-provided software.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, parts used, and recommendations.
- Follow the daily schedule provided by the dispatcher and communicate any scheduling issues promptly.
- Provide professional, courteous service to customers.
- Work independently while maintaining company standards and procedures.
Summary
As a HVAC Technician with a minimum of two years’ experience, you will oversee and perform complex HVAC system repairs, electrical diagnostics, and equipment troubleshooting. You will perform maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring optimal refrigeration and air conditioning performance while upholding safety and EPA standards. Reporting to the shop or project supervisor, coordinate service activities, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your blend of hands-on repair skills, design awareness, and strong problem-solving will drive reliable, efficient climate control solutions for our clients.
