Company's Comin' and that means we need a team member who understands true Texas hospitality and knows that it extends to all areas of the restaurant - not just at the table. Our restaurant’s success begins at the heart of the house, so Cowboy up - it's time to impress!

• Possess a Texas-sized hustle paired with genuine hospitality
• Pride themselves on attention to detail to make sure every plate, fork, glass, and bowl sparkle and shine and every detail is perfect
• Have a passion of an organized and efficient dish area and back of house environment
• Understand the importance of a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and take the safety of the food, guests, and team seriously

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year steward or dishwasher experience preferred, high volume experience a plus
• Must be able to read and understand chemical uses and labels
• Stand for long periods of time & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
• Properly use a knife and other equipment required to execute necessary tasks
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification; practice proper sanitation procedures and follow state, city and company regulations
• Must be at least 18 years of age
