We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our growing team. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities
· Perform inspections and identify pest problems at residential and commercial properties
· Apply safe and effective treatments for pests such as bed bugs, termites, ants, roaches, rodents, and more
· Inspect, treat, and upgrade crawl spaces, including moisture treatments and repairs
· Communicate clearly with customers, addressing their concerns and explaining service plans
· Maintain accurate records of services provided
· Follow all safety protocols and maintain Virginia state licensing requirements
· Provide outstanding customer service with empathy and professionalism
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Previous pest control experience or certification is a plus, but not required
· Experience working in crawl spaces is a plus
