Position Overview
The Marketing Program Support Specialist will drive customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through innovative loyalty programs. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain loyalty program membership within the customer administration portal, including adding, updating, and removing member accounts
- Validate and apply eligible sales to member accounts, ensuring accurate point allocation and reconciliation
- Monitor and manage Help Desk tickets, coordinating with internal teams and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution
- Provide responsive, day-to-day customer support to loyalty program members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Process member redemptions and fulfill orders through the Hayward Products storefront
- Review customer marketing submissions and take appropriate action to approve or reject based on program guidelines
- Execute and support marketing and promotional activities across programs, ensuring consistent communication and direct customer engagement to drive participation and satisfaction
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on loyalty, satisfaction, or program management.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and identify trends
- Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty platforms (advanced Excel skills are a bonus)
