Director of Treasury

Hayward Holdings (NYSE: HAYW)—the global leader in pool and spa equipment—is hiring a Director, Treasury in Charlotte, NC.

What you’ll do:

• Lead global cash management, liquidity, and forecasting
• Execute and manage FX, interest rate, and risk hedging programs
• Oversee debt compliance, reporting, and capital structure activities
• Drive treasury reporting, forecasting accuracy, and executive insights
• Own and enhance Kyriba and treasury systems to improve automation and controls
• Lead process improvements, strengthen controls (SOX), and ensure audit readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and business leaders
• Manage and develop a global treasury team (U.S. Europe)

What we’re looking for:

• 8 years of treasury or corporate finance experience
• Strong expertise in cash management, liquidity, debt, and financial risk
• Experience with treasury systems (Kyriba preferred) and advanced Excel/modeling
• Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and develop talent
• BS in Finance/Accounting (MBA, CTP, or CFA a plus)
