The Role
The Role
- Design and deliver enterprise-level product solutions using user-centered design and modern development practices
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring scalable, integrated, and cost-effective solutions
- Champion best-in-class UX principles, including accessibility (WCAG compliance), usability, and inclusive design
- Collaborate cross-functionally with UX designers, developers, and business teams to create seamless user experiences
- Provide strategic product guidance to stakeholders, including feature recommendations and technology direction
- Stay current with emerging technologies and UX trends to drive innovation in product design and delivery
- 9 years of experience in Product Development, System Design, and Application Integration
- Strong development skills in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC) and JavaScript Frameworks (React, Angular, or Node.js)
- Experience with Front End and Database Technologies including HTML5, CSS3, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Proficiency in API Development (REST, GraphQL), Security Protocols (OAuth, JWT), and cloud/DevOps practices (Azure or AWS, CI/CD, Docker)
- Strong knowledge of System Architecture, UX/UI Principles, and Web Accessibility Standards
- Experience in Healthcare, Medicaid, and/or Medicare

Salary : $86,800 - $124,000
