The Role
The Role
- Implement, maintain, and tune software and systems.
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions.
- Develop and implement software solutions, standards, processes, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine software requirements.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications and develop automated test suites.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
- 3 years of progressive relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
