The Role

• Leverage strong analytical and quantitative skills for data analysis and decision-making.
• Assess pricing performance to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Contribute to pricing and forecasting projects through advanced data analysis, automation, and A/B testing.
• Translate complex data challenges into machine learning models to enhance business operations.
• Own the experimentation lifecycle from design to analysis, validating and scaling strategies.
• Set best practices in analytics, code quality, and data storytelling within the team.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a quantitative field.
• 5 years in analytics, pricing, strategy, and/or forecasting with demonstrated impact.
• Proven hands-on experience with PySpark, Python, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).
• Strong foundation in statistics and experimentation, including hypothesis testing and experimental design.
• Ability to proactively identify new opportunities, design models/experiments, and deliver insights.
• Excellent communication skills to distill complex technical findings into clear business narratives.
