The Role

• Produce and validate monthly corporate sales reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution.
• Perform detailed variance analysis, identify key drivers, and present concise insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain decision-grade financial models and scenario analyses for product lines and initiatives.
• Interact with executive officers, department heads, and senior management to provide meaningful sales-focused analysis.
• Proactively identify issues and facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve them.
• Lead special projects related to sales reporting, financial reporting, and process improvements.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Typically, 5 or more years of financial management and/or financial planning and analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, planning, organization, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop and interpret financial models for complex analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to make effective decisions and influence at all levels of leadership.
