Senior DevOps Engineer

The Role

• Eliminate manual server engineering processes within the AWS SAS Cloud environment
• Standardize server builds and automate patching procedures
• Automate image creation and deployment pipelines
• Improve system repeatability and recoverability
• Contribute to the automation of SAS installations and Linux configurations
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing infrastructure components
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's Degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering) with a minimum of four years working with operating system hardware and/or software components, or six years related experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions
• Strong expertise with AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform
• Solid understanding of Linux and configuration management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and Git workflows (e.g., GitHub Actions)
