- Guide and support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies and PI planning activities
- Act as a Servant Leader, fostering high-performing teams with a safe and transparent environment
- Coach teams towards higher maturity, predictability, and self-organization
- Ensure healthy backlogs, clear priorities, and well-understood work items
- Remove impediments and roadblocks affecting team delivery
- Leverage data to develop and report key metrics for informed decisions and continuous improvement
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (required)
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach for software development teams
- Strong facilitation and leadership skills to foster collaboration and build effective relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience using Jira to measure and analyze key Agile metrics
- Experience with Agile project management tools and software development methodologies
