The Role
• Lead Agile teams in the delivery of cloud-native data and digital solutions supporting critical national security missions.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, drive delivery accountability, and proactively remove blockers to ensure efficient team operations.
• Manage priorities and ensure alignment between stakeholders, engineers, and end-users.
• Translate complex technical efforts into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and mission impact.
• Operate at the intersection of program management and technical delivery.
What You'll Need
• 5 years of experience supporting IT programs or technical project delivery.
• Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A Secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
