The Role
- Coach and empower high-performing Agile teams to achieve project success and customer satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies among the team and stakeholders
- Implement and strengthen sustainable process improvements utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Power Suite
- Proactively identify and address challenges to ensure smooth project delivery and accomplishment of sprint goals
- Collaborate on digital strategies, transformation efforts, and software development initiatives
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, guiding teams to deliver exceptional results
- 3 years in software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
- Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree and ability to obtain a Secret clearance
