The Role
- Define and deliver decision-support products that enhance daily aircraft movement decisions, including visualization, delay management, and aircraft swaps.
- Translate complex operational challenges into clear product outcomes impacting customer experience and operational reliability.
- Partner closely with frontline users, IT, and analytics teams to shape real-time operational tools.
- Contribute to Product Vision and Strategy aligned with broader portfolio goals.
- Manage product dependencies and coordinate increments of value with other Product team members.
- Drive continuous product discovery and deliver valuable solutions aligned with OKRs.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 3 years of experience in Product Management/Delivery, or 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Technical knowledge including A/B testing, product architecture, CI/CD, DevOps, data models, analytics, and querying languages.
- Familiarity with Agile Product Management tools and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of the product domain, including business models, constraints, regulations, and user experiences.
- Relevant certifications in Product Management/Product Delivery are a plus.
- Experience determining Product Market fit and defining Go-to-Market strategies is preferred.
