The Role
- Lead the local charge on hardware lifecycle management, performing high-quality imaging, deployment, and repairs for desktops, notebooks, and printers.
- Act as a critical escalation point for technical issues, utilizing independent judgment to solve non-routine desktop environment challenges.
- Execute system upgrades and parts replacements (HDDs, RAM, Motherboards) to ensure zero downtime for enterprise end-users.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential hardware/software conflicts that could impact the user experience across the business.
- Provide high-touch "white glove" client service while maintaining rigorous documentation and policy standards.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Desktop Support or IT Field Services within an enterprise environment.
- CompTIA A certification or equivalent hardware-specific certifications are required to hit the ground running.
- Deep technical proficiency in the Windows operating system environment and modern hardware platforms.
- Experience with system imaging tools, OS deployment, and troubleshooting complex hardware peripherals.
- Ability to handle physical requirements of desktop deployment (lifting/moving equipment) and a drive for client service excellence.
