We're working with Abbott Laboratories on this exciting opportunity.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Abbott, a global healthcare leader, as a Data Engineer. You'll be instrumental in refining and maintaining data environments for the Therapeutic Nutrition Sales Analytics team, contributing to tools that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Continuous upkeep and improvement of the data environment requiring input from multiple sources.
• Consistently staying abreast of industry/company direction and evaluating options to shape the long-term direction of the team.
• Delivering timely inputs to sales and other cross-functional teams.
• Developing efficient methods of preparing data and communicating effective use of data to team members.
What You'll Need:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4-6 years of progressive finance, operations, analytics, or IT experience which includes analytics and/or sales support responsibility.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure SQL Server/Synapse - Transact-SQL (DDL & DML).
• Ability to create tables, views, stored procedures, and functions using only SQL scripts.
• Understanding of data flow from/to a reporting tool like Tableau (possibly Power BI).
• Familiarity with Azure Data Factory.
