The Role
The Role
- Manage global IT data center and IT room resources from Atlanta, GA.
- Oversee monitoring systems, uptime, performance, and capacity planning for critical IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Facilities/Construction and traditional IT teams across the globe.
- Lead the development, design, implementation, optimization, and operation of ICT spaces and systems.
- Manage and mentor direct reports, setting performance expectations and guiding career development.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field OR Bachelor's degree in a non-technical field with 5 years of IT-relevant experience OR High School diploma/equivalent with 10 years of IT-relevant experience.
- 6 years of IT-related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years of IT-related work experience without a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience leading projects or programs.
- Subject matter expertise in ICT spaces and standards, IT Security, Operations, and Project Management.
- Proven track record in operating Mission Critical IT spaces.
- Proficiency in analysis, selection, and modification of IT Infrastructure Management systems and software.

Salary : $118,800 - $178,200
