This role offers a unique opportunity to work with highly motivated experts in the data center industry, focusing on troubleshooting, project management, and maintaining critical building management and electrical power monitoring systems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous operation of AWS global infrastructure, contributing to an inclusive culture that values bold ideas and empowers employees to see them to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and assist internal customers with the creation, design, configuration, validation, installation, commissioning and operation of BMS and EPMS systems.
• Provide technical assistance and support to operations during the life cycle of the data center.
• Manage scope, schedule, finance, and execution of BMS and EPMS improvement projects in AWS data centers.
• Develop controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces.
• Participate in AWS global on-call schedule to provide immediate BMS and EPMS technical support.
• Visit assigned in-operation data centers to troubleshoot, meet customers, and supervise vendor's work.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5 years of industrial controls and automation experience.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS).
• Ability to develop and modify controls logic programming and graphical user interfaces.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget.
