The Role
The Role
- Serve as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements aligned with client technology goals
- Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Facilitate meetings and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
- Act as a subject matter expert in Medicaid financial processing, claims, and reporting
- Develop test scenarios, support testing activities, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role; Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, basic SQL, and requirements management tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience evaluating and improving business processes
- Excellent written communication and technical documentation skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Experience facilitating meetings, driving collaboration, and building consensus
