The Role
The Role
- Assist in developing and executing short and long-term marketing objectives and brand strategies.
- Support the creation of brand positioning, marketing plans, and national/local advertising campaigns.
- Conduct business analysis, monitor brand performance, and identify opportunities using data.
- Collaborate with Finance on sales impact, wholesaler execution, and ROI of marketing spend.
- Work with Trade Marketing to develop brand promotions and Point-Of-Sale programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of brand management experience in CPG, or 1-2 years with an MBA.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage budgets.
- Experience building and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Competitive salary range of $100,300 - $167,200 per year.
