The Role
The Role
- Deliver and support technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and platform features.
- Collaborate across IT and business to shape solution design.
- Build secure and scalable software using strong engineering practices.
- Improve platform health through operational excellence.
- Lead end-to-end delivery including backlog refinement, technical design, development, and deployment.
- Participate in on-call support, troubleshoot incidents, and lead root-cause analysis.
- 4–10 years of professional industry experience with software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 2 years leading teams of four or more software developers or equivalent technical leadership.
- Advanced experience with relevant platforms/applications, including APIs and system components.
- Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, bulk data).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor other developers and influence cross-functional partners.
