The Role
- Lead the development of AI-powered sourcing and procurement platforms.
- Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap for AI platforms.
- Own architectural decisions for LLM-powered and agentic systems.
- Lead and mentor a team of platform, infrastructure, and AI engineers.
- Ensure high developer productivity through CI/CD, IaC, and Kubernetes.
- Drive disciplined practices around prompt management, model versioning, and AI system rollout.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of technology-related work experience.
- Minimum 2 years leveraging LLMs in development.
- 8 years building scalable services on public cloud (Azure, AWS).
- 8 years designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency with a scripting language (e.g., Python, Powershell, Go).
- Opportunity to modernize procurement and supply chain using AI.
- Work at the intersection of AI engineering, enterprise platforms, and business execution.
- Influence architectural decisions for cutting-edge AI systems.
- Develop in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with rapid deployment cycles.
