What You’ll Do

• Lead tax engagements for corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.

• Mentor, coach, and develop staff—helping them grow into tomorrow’s leaders.

• Review and sign off on complex tax returns with a focus on quality, accuracy, and insight.

• Advise clients proactively, identifying planning opportunities and long-term strategies.

• Strengthen client relationships and represent the firm as a trusted advisor.

• Stay current on evolving tax laws and contribute to process improvements firmwide.

What You Bring

• Active CPA license required (Master’s in Taxation preferred).

• 5 years of public accounting experience with strong technical tax expertise.

• Proven leadership and mentoring ability.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and client service skills.

• A growth mindset and desire to be part of a progressive, people-focused firm.
