Your new company
I am currently working with a well-established General Contractor that specializes in multifamily construction projects in the Sarasota, FL area. Due to a strong and expanding project pipeline, they are looking to add an experienced Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation multifamily projects.
Your new role
You will be responsible for overseeing multifamily construction projects from sitework through closeout. This role will manage daily site operations, subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily construction projects
- Ground-up multifamily experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- Ability to enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards on-site
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA certification preferred
- Willing to travel throughout Florida
