Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities for hotel renovation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Manage project schedules and proactively resolve delays or conflicts.
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison for owners, architects, and project managers.
- Ensure exceptional quality control and timely completion of all phases.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a superintendent leadership role.
- Demonstrated success managing hotel renovation projects from start to finish on projects over $20 Million
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
