What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Project Manager - Specialty Contractor position at HAYS?
Senior Project Manager - Specialty Contractor
Your new company
You'll be joining a well-established historic building restoration contractor with a strong reputation across the Mid?Atlantic. With a deep bench of in-house tradespeople and shop fabrication capabilities, this organization is known for problem-solving, attention to detail, and restoring historic structures to the highest standards.
Your new role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of restoration and renovation projects primarily throughout the DC and Baltimore metro area, often working on high-profile buildings and in collaboration with leading general contractors in the region.
