Compensation: $110,000 – $150,000 (DOE)

Job Duties
As the Senior Estimator, you will take ownership of the full estimating lifecycle for civil and infrastructure projects. This includes:
- Leading detailed estimates for site development, earthwork, utilities, and GDOT projects
- Performing accurate quantity takeoffs and developing comprehensive cost breakdowns
- Evaluating drawings, plans, and project specifications
- Building and maintaining subcontractor and vendor relationships
- Collaborating with leadership on bid strategy and proposal development
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and value‑engineering alternatives
- Contributing to a fast‑paced, collaborative, and forward‑thinking preconstruction team
Qualifications
- Strong background in civil construction estimating
- Experience with site development, roadway, or DOT-related work
- Proficiency with industry tools (HCSS HeavyBid, Agtek, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Ability to interpret complex plans and produce accurate takeoffs
- A proactive communicator who thrives in a team environment
- A senior-level understanding of how to win work in the civil market
