Hays is excited to announce a partnership with a leading real estate firm specializing in shopping centers across Southern California. As the organization continues to grow its portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee assets in Los Angeles. In addition, the firm is expanding into new markets and is looking to hire an onsite Property Manager in Utah to support their continued growth.
Your new role
- Financial Oversight: Ensure the preparation of accurate and comprehensive financial statements, along with detailed operating and leasing metrics.
- Vendor Coordination: Efficiently manage vendors to guarantee services are delivered in a timely and dependable fashion.
- Strategic Development: Actively assist in the development and execution of operational strategies for the properties you’re responsible for.
- Tenant Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, with a focus on achieving and sustaining the highest levels of satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Property Management, ideally with a focus on Retail.
- Must be adept at managing institutional financial reporting requirements.
- Candidates should hold CPM or RPA designations.
- Familiarity with MRI, Yardi, and Avid Accounting software is highly valued.
- A Real Estate License is preferred.
