A long-established, international beverage company is looking to add a Payroll and Admin Manager to the team in Denver, fully in office near downtown Denver. Operating as a major wholesaler and supplier, they have grown from a small UK supplier into a global producer and distributor.
Your new role
The Payroll & Admin Manager role is a hands-on finance and administration position responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, tax filings, banking/cash management, and general office administration across the company’s Denver and Illinois entities. It requires someone organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning end‑to‑end finance admin processes while supporting both local and UK‑based finance teams.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience with processing payroll, tax compliance, AR and AP support
- General administrative support experience
- Strong organization skills, detail-oriented mindset
