About the Role
Hays is seeking a seasoned IT Business Analyst Team Lead to join our team in Boca Raton. This is a long-term contract role renewed annually, offering the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of analysts while driving impactful technology initiatives across the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach junior business analysts across multiple projects.
- Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and redesign.
- Create documentation for new technologies and business processes.
- Liaise between business units and IT to deliver effective technical solutions.
- Support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.
- Utilize MS Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Make strategic recommendations on application architecture and build vs. buy decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with business process redesign and automation.
- Proficiency in MS Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
