Position Summary
The Director of Treasury will be responsible for leading treasury operations, banking administration, payment functions, and cash management activities while executing strategic initiatives focused on automation, centralization, and treasury modernization.
This leader will partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency, streamline workflows, enhance controls, and implement innovative solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury Leadership & Operations
- Lead and develop multiple treasury functions, including:
- Cash Operations
- Bank Administration

- Payment Operations
- Manage a team of approximately 10–15 treasury professionals through direct and indirect leadership.
- Ensure effective cash positioning, liquidity management, and treasury controls.
- Maintain strong banking relationships across a large and complex banking network.
- Oversee payment administration, account management, and treasury compliance processes.
Transformation & Process Improvement
- Champion treasury transformation initiatives designed to modernize operations.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce operational risk.
- Drive process standardization and centralization efforts across treasury activities.
- Evaluate and implement emerging treasury technologies and payment solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve payment efficiency and cash visibility.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on scalability, control enhancement, and cost optimization.
Strategic Treasury Management
- Support treasury strategy development and execution.
- Assess evolving industry trends, FinTech solutions, and payment technologies.
- Recommend innovative approaches to improve treasury effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Optimize banking structures, account management processes, and treasury technology utilization.
- Strengthen reporting, forecasting, and treasury analytics capabilities.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive treasury, finance, or cash management experience.
- Prior leadership experience managing teams and complex treasury functions.
