Your new role
- Support daily operations of commercial retail properties, including tenant requests, service calls, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
- Maintain accurate records in Yardi, including leases, tenant data, financials, work orders, reports, and documentation.
- Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, CAM estimates/reconciliations, rent collection, aging reports, and invoice processing.
- Serve as a primary tenant contact, managing inquiries, renewals, amendments, move‑ins/outs, notices, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate vendor activities, obtain bids, track work orders, process invoices, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.
- Support lease administration by preparing amendments, maintaining files, abstracting key terms, and ensuring compliance with lease requirements.
- Conduct property inspections, monitor safety and compliance, collect COIs, issue notices, and support risk management and reporting.
- Provide administrative support including documentation, correspondence, supply management, onboarding packets, and acting as backup for the Property Manager when needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, or real estate operations
- Proficiency with property management software (Yardi required; MRI or similar systems a plus)
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate, lease administration, CAM reconciliations, and tenant relations
- Experience with accounts receivable, rent collections, and basic financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with tenants, vendors, brokers, and internal teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Workspace and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), with familiarity in maintenance coordination, vendor management, and basic building systems a plus

Salary : $60,000 - $68,000
