They are looking to bring in an Assistant Superintendent to support the on-site leadership team on a major project in Woodland Hills: a 270-unit residential development featuring 5 levels of Type IA construction (2 below grade) and 5 levels of Type IIIA wood framing, with an estimated budget of $97M.
