Description
The Restoration Technician is a first responder on property loss situations and helps mitigate damage in residential and commercial structures.
Responsibilities
- Water extraction and mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleaning and restoration
- Microbial remediation
- Vandalism, crime scene, and biohazard clean-up
- Demolition
- Emergency board-up and structure security
- Provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating our values
- All other duties or projects as assigned
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
- Successfully pass a national criminal background check and motor vehicle report background check
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to be on-call 24 hours a day, on a rotating schedule
- Comfortable lifting and moving heavy equipment throughout a structure
- 1 year of restoration industry, construction, or maintenance experience preferred
