You will be responsible for influencing engineers, securing specifications, and driving projects from design through close across key verticals like data centers and large commercial HVAC systems. About the Role
Own the Spec - Drive specification sales with engineers, contractors, and owners across mission-critical projects. High-Growth Market - Focus on data centers, healthcare, and large commercial systems in the Northeast. Unlimited Earning Potential - Uncapped commission structure with strong upside for top performers. Proven Product Advantage - represent technology trusted in U.S. Navy, Commercial HVAC and mission-critical applications.
Responsibilities
- Drive territory growth and exceed revenue targets
- Influence engineers and secure/retain specifications
- Manage opportunities from lead-quote-close in CRM
- Build relationships with reps, contractors, engineers, and owners
- Deliver presentations, trainings and lunch & Learns
- Execute a strategic territory plan focused on high-value projects
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B technical or construction-related sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience with specification or long-cycle project sales preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to travel - 50%
