Position Summary
The Senior Superintendent is responsible for field leadership and on-site management of large-scale commercial and mission critical electrical projects. This role oversees daily field operations, workforce coordination, safety compliance, schedule adherence, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and supervise all on-site electrical construction activities.
Coordinate manpower planning and daily work assignments.
Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget alignment.
Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Conduct site meetings and coordinate with general contractors and other trades.
Monitor productivity and implement strategies to improve field performance.
Ensure installations meet project specifications and quality standards.
Identify and resolve field-related challenges in a timely manner.
