Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive oversight of multiple large-scale commercial and mission critical projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure consistent execution and performance
- Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with owners, general contractors, and strategic partners
- Participate in business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal review, and strategic planning
- Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and company operational procedures
- Drive accountability across teams to meet project schedules and performance benchmarks
- Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting effective problem resolution
- Support workforce planning and leadership development initiatives
- Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial and/or mission critical electrical construction projects
- Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing multiple project teams
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and forecasting
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
